Vintage Dinky 104 Blue Spectrum Pursuit Vehicle SPV Captain Scarlet 1968

The axles, wheels, tyres and treads are all ok. The treads can be pulled down. NB NO MISSILE. One aerial is missing but the one which is present can be moved via a lever. Six SPV / Spectrum decals are present with varying amounts of wear.
