It’s actually a Hubley model from the 1950s/60s. This was one of them - the Hubley Kiddie Toys 495 “Navy Fighter Bomber”. The upper wing surfaces have USAF star and bar decals. It’s made by Scale Model Toys in Dyersville, Iowa.
