Protar Model Kits. Protar was founded by Italian professional motorcycle racer Tarquinio Provini in the 1960s. Protar were known for the level of detail in their kits, and, as well as motorbikes, they also produced models of rally cars, Formula 1 racing cars and even racing bicycles.
