The Mark V Star "Male" was an extended variant of the British Mark V tanks, which towards the end of First World War was developed. The extended hull made the tank wider Trenches overcome and also transport soldiers or equipment. As "Male"-version he was with heavy 57mm guns and several machine guns armed and specifically designed to attack enemy fortifications. The Mark V Star played an important role in the Allied offensives and is considered one of the most powerful British tanks of the First World War.
