This is a 1953 MOKO Lesney Matchbox No.3 'Cement Mixer' toy vehicle in blue colour with gray wheels. It is not autographed or signed. The toy is from the brand Matchbox and is a vintage manufacture. The cement mixer component of the toy is broken.
